Remember when Warhammer was a game and not a marketing tool?
I was about to rage-report to eBay but fortunately checked the rest of the small print first, he apparently does UK P&P for a very reasonable £2.25. He must have typo'd.
I am sure as sure could be that our man is not trying to fleece anyone - those that are don't even have the shame to hide it in the small print it seems...
I have a handful of Oldhammer bids on the go right now and you've had me double-checking them just in case!
Indeed - I can't imagine explaining this one to The Minister of The Interior!
I was about to call the seller a complete #### until I read Warlord Paul's comments!
Yeah, he's checked out, so its all okay. But still. Fodder for the blog...
Sneaky gitz. My all time favourite though is when a seller says they combine shipping...At the same cost per item increase as the other item's own shipping cost.
Yes, it does seem that there is still some 'innocent' forgetting of the postage combinations sometimes...
None of us is out of reach of such a typo... I made a 550 £ bid on something I wanted to pay 55£ and no more. You just can't imagine my fear until I found the right button to cancel my bid.Anyway, you've just proven the point it's worth looking at details form time to time.
Yep - again, very hard to explain to the missus! "You know, dear, a funny thing happened on eBay today. No, really. You'll laugh when you find out how silly I've been!"
Oh dear. Every bit as important as commas, I say!
No doubt this is the problem with the youth of today. Had they just learned to spell and punctuate before the era of SMS's and Tweets, there would have been no recession at all!
Wow hefty postage...hahaha. The pesky decimal devil.
Yeah. Of course, you never know - some enthusiastic oil baron's might be really hard up for some sea elves and money is no object. I think we're all curious just to know if someone buys them!
*cos we'd never think of doing it ourselves, would we ;)
Oh eBay. Feel the pain though, if you're selling something you only ever do that once. Well unless you're me and do it twice in a row on the same item due to insufficient caffeine. Never eBay on high fatigue people.Just letting you know I nominated you for a Liebster Award! The details are on my blog here: http://www.dragonsandthings.co.uk/things/liebster-award/
Hey there, D'n'T - eBay is indeed a place one only goes when one is fully in command of all their faculties. Also, cheers for the nomination! Much appreciated!
