Remember when Warhammer was a game and not a marketing tool?
Crazy stuff. I made a bid that I thought would come close to winning it, and it turned out it was less than half of the final selling price!
That's just stupid! I would think twice about paying that much for an entire army let alone just one miniature. The guy selling it must be laughing all the way to the bank!
Did see that one and thought of you! You're obviously still happily married then ;)
Yep - pleased to report the marriage is still in tact. Looks like I'll have to do a lot more post kemler relationship prep-work than I've done if I'm going to complete my Lichemaster collection, though...
Hi,That was me for this crazy bidding. Expensive true, but I really had to have it.Need ot find Krell now...
Hey Finarfin2000 - congratulations on the win! Fotunately, Krell won't be nearly as hard to get as the Lichemaster - I've seen about 15 go on ebay over the last year and I don't recall any over £15. Also, I have a spare Krell, but unfortnuately, I can't let go of that one until I get myself a Lichemaster, as I want to take a picture of the whole lot unpainted.
Hi Gaj, Thank you. I'm actually trying to recreate the list of Cairns Army, which i played before and sold the army at that time. Kemmler and Krell background is really from far the best to me. I hope you get your lichemaster soon also to complete your collection.

I`ve paid similar prices on ebay for things I`ve wanted in the past... fair play to you and gratz on the purchase :))
Hi SteveFortunately, I've not yet reached these lofty heights in figure purchases yet - this is the highest I've ever seen the Lichemaster go for. That said, I still paid a sum of money that doesn't really seem to meet the value of a small lump of lead...Still - have the set now. RegardsGaj
